The Harris-Warke Gallery invites all artists to submit proposals to show work in our exhibition space. The Harris-Warke will accept submissions to a January 31 deadline for the following year, making our decision by March 31.

The gallery encourages exposure to a wide variety of Arts. In addition to painting, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, photography, ceramics, jewellery, textiles and all combinations of mixed and multi-media, They hope to feature some of the less often exhibited art forms, such as literary art, landscape art, culinary art and music. We are open to an eclectic definition of art. In concert with this mandate, the downtown location facilitates a viewing public from various walks of life.

The Paint Spot, Edmonton  would like to extend an invitation to your organization, club, society, school or association to make use of the many exhibition opportunities we offer to members of the Alberta art community.

We encourage individuals and curators, particularly those who are emerging, as well as groups, to make exhibition proposals to our galleries: Naess, Gallery, Artisan Nook, and the Vertical Space.

Call for Proposals: Jackson Power Gallery, Edmonton

Call for Proposals: Jackson Power Gallery, Edmonton

The Jackson Power Gallery in Edmonton is seeking submissions for future exhibitions.

The gallery consists of approx. 2,500 square feet of renovated, well equipped space, divided into five different sized rooms in Edmonton’s south side industrial area.

The primary intent of the gallery is to allow artists and curators the opportunity to collaborate, develop and share new ideas, and respond to the unique layout of the space provided.

Submissions are welcome from artists and curators at all stages of their careers. There is no artist fee available but the gallery will cover the cost of an opening reception and, in some cases, publication costs.

Call: Colart Collection, Mont-Royal, Quebec

The Colart Collection welcomes submissions at all times. Artists and galleries may submit 5-10 works per artist and should send only those artworks eligible for purchase by the collection. Previously refused works or unspecified material will not be considered.

The committee meets several times throughout the year. Artists and galleries will be notified of the committee’s decisions when they are made available.

The *Friends of the Alberta Jubilee Auditoria Society *is pleased to announce a call for submissions: if you are an artist interested in showing your work in the Kaasa Gallery (lower level, Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium) or the Alcove Gallery (First Balcony Alcove, Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium) please complete a submission according to the guidelines below.
The Alberta Foundation for the Arts curates an extensive collection of world renowned art by established Alberta artists throughout the Auditoria. The Society is pleased to provide this opportunity for emerging artists / artists’ groups as well. (more…)



Please refer to the Information page to learn about Stride’s mandate, and the programming criteria for each of our three exhibition spaces.  Eligibility is limited to mid-career and established artists in the Main Space, and to emerging and aspiring artists (including students) in our +15 window space.  Artists in any stage of their career (emerging through established) may apply for exhibitions in our Project Room, provided their proposal is in accord with the stated mandate for this space. The University of Maine Museum of Art (UMMA) welcomes submissions from artists for review. UMMA reviews artist materials on a periodic basis and for informational purposes only. The museum’s exhibition programming is determined solely by the Director and Curator. (more…)
