MOCA Calgary: New Volunteer Opportunities

MOCA-Calgary introduces exciting new volunteer opportunities and announces partnership with SIFE DeVry Calgary. MOCA Calgary is undergoing a transformative change. To assist with this exciting work, MOCA is rolling out a new volunteer program the Transformation Team. This team will assist MOCA-Calgary in developing and executing a number of strategies including Marketing, Social Media, Events and Archives. This team will be imperative in MOCA’s transformation from gallery to museum and offers volunteers a unique opportunity to be involved in the new direction of a Calgary institution. Volunteers will have the opportunity to be involved in one of three sets of committees, Marketing and Social Media, Events and Archive, each with distinct responsibilities and tasks that will allow them to gain valuable practical experience, as well as become an active participant in the evolution of this new museum.

MOCA-Calgary is also pleased to announce that they will be partnering with SIFE (Students In Free Enterprise) DeVry Calgary, who will be assisting us in developing and implementing the Transformation Team. Matt Skeoch, the group’s Manager of IT states, “I believe we can form a mutually beneficial relationship and SIFE Devry looks forward to working with MOCA Calgary.” We are equally delighted by the opportunity to work with this esteemed organization.
